Getting the packing list ready for the beach…
February 24, 2009 – 2:16 pm
Well, there’s no sun around here it seems just bitter windy icey cold days. That’s why the Doggpound is headed for a little R&R in the Caribbean. First on my list is Sunblock, not Sunscreen but straight up Sunblock with Physical Defense.
Remember my sun care tips from the past 2 years? Based on a recommendation from my dermatologist(s), I ventured from SkinCeuticals to a new brand. DermaQuest’s ZinClear product is pretty amazing. I’m serious about my sun protection and this stuff doesn’t leave behind any residue. Woah!

Looking for a little treat for the home? If you just finished filing taxes and found a little reserve tucked away, I highly highly recommend these diffusers (better than Anthousa, better than the house brand at Restoration Hardware). They have tremendous “staying” power and the Tuberose, Hyacinth, & Lily of the Valley is an amazing blend of gardenia and other fresh clean flowers that provide the perfect “background” home fragrance. Don’t get me wrong, I still like to spice things up with a candle here and there but this is an awesome deal.
Gilt group- you tease!

Jeremy had about 6 too many pairs of raggedy jeans–so off to the donation bin they went.
The decision was made (I was told) that if I was going to be particular about their styling and color, I would have to buy them. Cool! I was also advised against purchasing anything way too metrosexual, like when I had had a few too many Miller 64s and ordered several designer jeans that ended up being way too feminine.
At $40 with code 98137138, I’m hoping these Martin and Osa Jeans will be the answer. We’ll see.
